14 Unit Modular Build Completed in Halifax

For this project, Alantra Leasing built and delivered 14 units with each unit measuring 60’ x 12’. The structure was designed as a two-storey build, consisting of seven units per floor, making it an ideal solution for larger operational requirements. This project highlights how modular systems can support everything from temporary office trailers and classrooms to large-scale complexes and custom modular structures.
Our modular buildings are constructed off-site in a controlled indoor environment, allowing for consistent quality, durable finishes, and efficient production. Installation was completed using a crane-assisted placement method, lifting each unit directly from the transport trucks and setting them into place.
